How do I submit a feature request?
It’s easy!
- Type the Subject of your request in the box “Your Request”.
- Give your feature request a clear title.
- Additional fields will show.
- Describe your idea in detail – why is it valuable, and how would it work?
- Select a Category
- Click “Submit Request”.
Can I suggest corrections or report typos?
Absolutely! We value your feedback and want to make our product the best it can be. Please use the same “Suggest a Feature” process for errors or needed corrections. If it is Support Request please use the Submit Ticket option instead.
How do I know if someone else has already suggested my idea?
Before submitting, use the search bar to see if a similar feature request exists. If so, you can vote on it instead of creating a duplicate.
How do I vote on feature requests?
Find the request you want to support and click the “Vote” button. You can even add a comment to explain why it’s important to you.
Will my feature request definitely be implemented?
While we read and consider every request, we can’t guarantee that every feature will be added. We prioritize requests based on their popularity, feasibility, and alignment with our overall product direction.
How will I know the status of my feature request?
You can track the progress of a feature request on this page. Statuses include:
- Pending:Â Under initial review
- Under Review:Â We’re actively considering it
- Started:Â It’s in development!
- Completed:Â The feature is now available
- Declined:Â The feature won’t be implemented at this time
Can I get email updates about my request?
Unfortunately, not at this time. However, requests have been updated by the team here as the request goes through the process. You can also check the Roadmap to see what is implemented and what is in the pipeline.
Can anyone submit a Feature Request?
Only Community members are allowed to submit Feature Requests.
